LBR Design Group can do as little or as much as you like based on the following options:
- Complimentary On-Site Evaluation (No actual staging or instruction.)
- Verbal Consultation (Do-it-Yourself Staging from our verbal instructions.)
- Written Consultation (Do-it-Yourself Staging from our step-by-step written instructions.)
- Stage-to-Live (partial or complete staging and re-design, owner occupied.)
- Stage-to-Sell, our most popular option, which is Staging specifically to market a property for sale (Staging Design fee, Accessory Package, and Furniture Rental for 3 months).
Options apply to either:
Owner-occupied re-design or vacant property interior staging including all rented furniture and accessories with interior design theme created specifically to market your property for quick sale.
The fee structure is based on the size and scope of the project, with verbal consultation being the least expensive option. A portion of a verbal or written consultation fee can be applied to the complete Staged to Sell package at a later date, if so desired. Short on-site evaluations are complimentary.
It is our policy and pleasure to design custom accessories and furnishings individually for each property at no extra cost to you.
